”Though she spends her days working retail for The Kooples, Dubliner Anouska Proetta Brandon doesn’t let her busy schedule get in the way of her blogging. Fedoras, lots of leather, and stylish studs all help define Anouska’s punky presence on the blogosphere. Since founding her site, she’s quickly gained recognition from the press—Irish Independent named her one of the most stylish Irish women in the summer of 2011. In just a little over a year, she has also garnered tons of trend-hungry fans, with her site receiving over 150,000 hits per month.

A photography fanatic and model to boot, Anouska has immersed herself in all aspect of that fashion world. As if she couldn’t do anymore, she’s also collaborated with major brands like Dr. Martens, Mango, and Romwe. Torn between whether we want to be her, or befriend her, we definitely know one thing—this blog will be added to your bookmarks in no time.”TeenVogue.com

One of my dreams in life is to be featured in Vogue, and here I am, on Teen Vogue’s website! I want to say a huge thank you to Casey Lewis for the lovely write up, and for you guys, for making this happen. <3

For those of you who don’t live in Ireland or may not have seen the Irish Independent on Thursday, I had a nice little feature in it! Here’s a scan of the paper, I couldn’t fit the whole thing in, so if you would like to read the little piece I wrote just clicky here! It’s really lovely being asked to do something like this, but now there is alot of pressure, I cannot leave the house without wearing something nice! eep, only joking, it really is amazing and I want to say a huge thank you to Maggie Armstrong who asked me to do the piece <3

I’ve also been featured in Company Magazine’s Online blog, with the Eurovison song contest coming up they picked two bloggers from each European country to represent their country, So I’m representing Ireland! Go Ireland! Even though I can’t stand Jedward…

Happy Sunday everyone

So a couple of weeks ago I was asked to be featured in the new issue of River Islands in house magazine, and I have to say the magazine is great! It has some beautiful editorials & great make up tips and I’m very happy to be featured!

All the clothes I’m wearing are from River Island,.I totally loved my outfit, those shorts are to die for! Very colourful (for me) but hey it’s summer. Kinda.

If you guys are in River Island I suggest you pick up a copy, its worth a look!

I’ve also just been featured in Clicks&Contacts today, a little interview I did with them, would love if you had the time to check it out here is the direct link to my interview!

I’m so happy this photo has finally been published, it has to be one of my favourite photoshoots I’ve done! The dress is from The Goddess Room, and the photo was taken by my amazingly talented photo buddy Lucy Nuzum! Click for her facebook fanpage & Lucys Flickr photostream. We shot in the amazing Kilruddery Gardens, Make up was by  the amazing Danielle Murphy
Hair by the crazy Lolita Lush :) I adored the make up, would love to try this out myself!

The Magazine came out the same day as Ronans birthday so its was a great day :) We’ve just been relaxing all bank holiday weekend, eating alot of chocolate :) It is just a tad bit annoying my name was spelt wrong but thats okay! :)

The dress itself, is just unbelievably beautiful. And the headpiece to match is a perfect cherry on top.
