When I woke up this morning and saw this beautiful sunlight fill up the bedroom through a tiny gap through the curtains I was just overjoyed. I feel like I haven’t seen the sun in forever and it certainly lifted my spirits! Unfortunately just as we were about to go out the door it started raining (but the sun was still super bright) and we knew we only had about 10 minutes to get any sort of decent shot – so we stayed in and shot by the window. I think it looks so funny, sun-flare and lots of rain sticking to the window in the same shot : ) Hopefully there was a rainbow made nearby anyway!
On rainy days I like to listen to happy music and songs that talk about the rain. I think it really helps, and makes you not so miserable : ) This song I found through Spotfity (which is absolutely amazing btw!) and it has been on repeat for the last week, hope you guys like it : )
This is another one, a bit more mellow, but super easy on the ears. To My Surprise has been one of my favourite bands for years and here’s a fun fact: the lead singer is that clown guy from Slipknot! (but don’t worry thought they sound nothing like them!) I love his voice and I hope you guys enjoy these songs on a dull Sunday afternoon.
