What a nice, succinct tutorial! I’ll admit I first started following your blog a little while back after you posted about your extensions. I’ve been cursed with the lackluster fine hair as well. So I’ll be very interested to try this tutorial out. Now, to go hunt down a GHD…..(do they even sell those in the States?)

    • AnouskaPB

I didn’t know you couldn’t get them in the states! I personally think they are the best for these type of curls but thats just personal preference, Ive burnt myself with curling tongs too many times to use them! But any hair straightener will work as long as your hair is prepped! x

Wow i love the tutorial. I´ll try it defenetly the next days !
I have also very thin hair so i hope it will went out just like you did in the tutorial :D
But my hair is not as long as yours and i woul like to know how long it took to get this long hair ? :)

    • AnouskaPB

Unfortunately this isn’t all my own natural hair, my hair is a lot finer and to my collarbones but I’ve always loved having long hair.
I just can’t grow it so I’ve got bonded extensions put into my hair, thats why it’s so long!

Really love this tutorial. You are so nice! Anyway, I had a question! Does this “technique” a lot of damage to your hair? (ofcourse it does some but I’m wondering if this is worse than using a curling iron/wand)

    Much love from Belgium,

    Maaike

    • AnouskaPB

      Hey Maaike!
Once you have prepped your hair with conditioner and leave-in conditioner it helps stop the breakage of your hair, but curling tongs/hair straighteners will always do at least a bit of damage to your hair!

Absolutely beautiful! Love the outtakes at the end!
I really need to make more effort with my hair! My hair is fine like yours and so I find my curls fall out quite quickly so I can never be bothered to curl it as it’s always straight again an hour later but I might get some of that Aussie stuff and give it a go!
What’s the song playing at the end of the video?

      Thanks for your comment miss!
It took me a a long time to find the right product to keep the curls in all day and it worked for me so i hope it works for you too!
